A: You will receive an email with your login credentials by Tuesday, 6 April, 2021. Please be sure to check your spam folder for this email. If you are having trouble locating this email or are continuing to experience difficulty logging in to the virtual meeting, please email HVS or call 978-927-8330.
- What web browser should I use to connect to the meeting?
A: Google Chrome is the preferred web browser for the 2021 HVS Virtual Meeting. If you are connecting from a Safari Browser, you may be redirected to a second log in screen. If this is the case, please simply log in a second time using the same credentials and you should be immediately taken to the HVS Meeting Broadcast.
- What if I am having trouble connecting to the livestream?
A: Please email HVS or call 978-927-8330 and let the operator know you are having difficulty connecting to the HVS Virtual Meeting.
- 4. Q: How do I join the Q+A for the HVS Virtual Meeting?
A: Once you are viewing the Live Meeting Broadcast, submit your questions in the Q&A box, located on the bottom task bar of your Zoom Window. Submit your questions throughout the presentations for the Presenting Authors to respond during the LIVE Q&A. Be sure to give a "thumbs up" on any questions submitted by another attendee that you wish to see answered.
- Where do I view the On Demand Abstracts?
A: Only registered attendees have access to view the On Demand Abstracts. Registrants have access to these abstracts through their portal login. Access the Meeting Portal online.
- Will I be able to watch the recordings after the meeting?
A: Yes, the recordings of the Virtual Meeting presentations will be available online a few weeks after the meeting for your view. Only those whom have registered will be eligible to claim CME for viewing the presentations.
- How will I be able to claim CME?
A: For all registered attendees for the HVS Highlights of Heart Valve Virtual Meeting, you will receive a post-meeting survey to complete and to claim your CME. You should receive this email by Wednesday, 14 April 2021. CME is only offered for the live viewing of the Virtual Meeting broadcast, and no CME will be offered for Enduring Materials post-event.
